Carine provided construction management services and design project management for a new automated robotic storage and retrieval system (ASRS). The project included a new 150 cubic yard leveling slab, fire-rated operator tunnel, perimeter steel seismic support system, service mezzanines, building and site ADA upgrades, and an Alternative Design package for the tunnel fire protection. Total project value: $20 million.
