Pryo Spectaculars: New Process & Distribution Facility

Carine provided code research and budget development for the feasibility phase of a ground-up process, storage, and distribution facility for commercial pyrotechnics. Carine engaged civil engineers, developed a building program, performed code research to vet the feasibility of constructing the new facility, and developed the complete project budget, including detailed conceptual cost estimates for the 600-acre green-field, development. The project was put on hold due to business downturn associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
