Carine functioned as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the programming, design, and construction of new administrative offices for Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. The project included approximately 12,000 square feet of new build-out and renovation as part of a consolidation plan under a new lease. The spaces accommodated an administration conference room expansion, physician offices, Medical Assistant and Physicians Primary Care stations, Scheduler and Operator stations, clinic medical records, materials management, and the physician’s foundation. The project plan included a phased move-plan to minimize operational disruption.
