Andy founded Carine in 2012 with the vision to provide differentiated expertise to project and construction management. With over 30 years of experience, he has witnessed the gaps and shortcomings of typical firms that result in unnecessary risks and costs to the client. Under Andy’s leadership, Carine’s professionalism stems from extensive knowledge of the entire planning and construction of any project, emphasizing risk mitigation throughout the delivery process. He places clients’ goals and agendas as the highest priority, providing solutions that exceed expectations while implementing logical and practical solutions.

Andy is still involved with all the projects within Carine and provides leadership and expertise to his highly experienced and trained staff. Through his varied experience in project management, construction management, general contracting, electrical contracting, fire protection, design team management, design/build construction, and long-term site planning and program management, he has led and played key roles in multi-million-dollar tenant improvement and ground up construction projects nationwide.

Andy is committed to a close collaboration with clients and owners. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Material Sciences from UCLA and holds a Fire Protection Certificate from UC Irvine. He is a licensed fire protection engineer in California, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Washington State.
